The GA DNR had a great example picture as all part of their past Operation ROE "Release Over Eighteen" inches and why they are asking their recreational fisherman to do the same after some Winter kills.

We request that the FWC review the commercial harvesting of Trout up to 24 inches, as these are our larger females and a highly popular saltwater game fish in Florida. This species significantly contributes to the Billions generated by recreational fishing (alone) in our State.
